This I like. I can see myself matching the odd glass of Syrah with the blue cheese we have at home. Gorgonzola, by the way.
Then again, this? Not so sure about it. Too much. Of everything. Anyone bought a copy and read it yet?

Very much like last year the Brussels Christmas market is in full swing again. Always a good reason to eat some oysters, drink some mulled wine, perhaps buy some gifts – don’t you think?

First of all all my blogging apologies. Life on my side has been just a little mad. Not only did winter come unannounced, but with everything in between I realized it is almost the end of November. Which means the end of the year is not far away either.
We have been cooking (a bit!), but most importantly I managed to take some photos and I’ll share with you some wonderfull recipes. Most fascinating in our kitchen? The pheasant we got ultra fresh in the UK. Which might explain the above gadget as well. Any ideas?

Present times are a little bit mad. At home. At work. So there was no time for cooking. Let alone time for any food photography. The above? A quick lunch we put together – some Moroccan bread (delicious!), feta, our olive oil, black olives and ham. This is about as exciting as it got in our kitchen in the past weeks.
But it will be all over soon and we will be back.
In the meantime, what are you cooking?
